VisiCons unique headlamp alignment systems are composed of specialised hardware, that is specifically designed by us for its purpose, and our software, that we have honed for reliability and speed over many years. The frictionless interplay of these components ensure shortest cycle times and reliable alignment results.
We design our own camera systems. This way we are able to optimise their properties to their purposes without compromises. Our designs always incorporate "intelligence" into each camera. Our cameras are not only able to communicate with the image processing PC in a bidirectional manner, they also are able to perform certain image processing functions themselves.
The pre-processed images from our cameras are further analysed with our highly specialised algorithms, and the software then extracts the distances for the fastest mechanical alignment of the headlamp (vertically and horizontally).
Our algorithms are hardened against external disturbances. |
